What you will do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new clients.
• Act as the go-to expert on hirify.global Dimension, guiding the team and optimizing platform usage.
• Ensure implementation of best practices and controls in the reconciliation process across all asset classes.
• Train and mentor colleagues to strengthen operational proficiency and platform expertise.
• Identify gaps and implement improvements to systems and workflows.
• Maintain clear documentation of processes, controls, and platform enhancements.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in investment operations, preferably within asset management or insurance.
• Strong proficiency in hirify.global Dimension and ability to leverage its full capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of reconciliation processes across multiple asset classes.
• Proven track record in client onboarding and operational process management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.
