What you will do

• Identify and drive AI adoption opportunities across engineering teams.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools, run PoCs, and recommend technologies for adoption.
• Build and maintain agentic workflows, MCP servers, and data-serving layers for AI agents.
• Develop prototypes and integrations for CI/CD pipelines, IDEs, and test generation.
• Establish prompt engineering patterns, model selection, and security guardrails.
• Mentor other engineers in adopting AI-augmented workflows through pairing and documentation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production-scale architectures.
• Expertise in agentic system design, multi-step workflows, tool calling, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience with cloud AI services such as AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or GCP Vertex AI.
• Proficiency in AI-native workflows (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) and spec-driven development.
• Strong system design, reliability, and failure handling skills.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into business value and drive organizational adoption.

Nice to have

• Production experience integrating LLMs and RAG pipelines.
• Experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI.
• Contributions to open-source AI tooling.
• Prior experience in Developer Enablement or DevEx.
