What you will do

• Define and execute the AI automation strategy across the company
• Identify and prioritize business processes suitable for automation, especially data-heavy and calculation-driven workflows
• Design and implement AI-based solutions, including AI agents for operational tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
• Monitor and optimize performance of automated processes for efficiency and scalability
• Provide leadership and mentorship to automation developers, fostering innovation

Requirements

• Proven experience leading or building projects from scratch (ideally in AI or automation)
• Strong understanding of system architecture and solution design
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLMs, or automation platforms (or strong motivation to dive deep)
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java
• Good communication skills in Russian
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
