What you will do

  • Lead and collaborate on the improvement roadmap covering processes, tools, governance, and data.
  • Take ownership of quality-related projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with maturity goals.
  • Enhance key quality processes such as non-conformity management and Return of Experience (REX).
  • Implement practical quality tools including digital checklists, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, project leaders, and technical experts to align ways of working.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in engineering sciences, business management, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in project support, PMO, process improvement, or quality management.
  • Fluent in Dutch or French, with good knowledge of the other language.
  • Proven track record of bringing initiatives to completion with a result-oriented approach.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse organizational profiles.
  • Ability to work effectively in evolving, undefined environments.

Nice to have

  • Affinity with continuous improvement or structured problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with quality standards, audits, and improvement cycles.
  • Experience with agile or iterative methodologies.
