What you will do

• Conduct daily reconciliation of cash, trades, and positions on client accounts.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and operational issues.
• Perform cash adjustment postings and prepare monthly reports.
• Liaise with third-party managers, counterparties, clients, and custodians to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain operational procedures and provide ongoing training.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure service delivery adheres to SLAs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Significant experience working within a buy-side or outsourced operations team.
• Thorough understanding of reconciliations and claims procedures.
• Knowledge of Capital Market products and diverse security types.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel) and knowledge of SQL.
• English: Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

• Experience as a Business Analyst, or experience in project management or onboarding.
