What you will do

• Own strategic planning, execution, and lifecycle communication of the Red Air Target product portfolio from concept to market.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to bring product ideas to life.
• Create and refine product roadmaps aligned with trends and company goals.
• Conduct market analyses, manage requirements, and monitor trends for product agility.
• Design go-to-market plans with Product Marketing Manager for successful releases.
• Drive continuous product improvements based on customer needs and tech advances.
