What you will do

• Develop and execute the product roadmap for trading competitions.
• Design engagement mechanics including leaderboards, staking models, and loyalty tiers.
• Build UX systems focused on retention, such as levels, badges, and streaks.
• Optimize onboarding and participation funnels using A/B testing.
• Collaborate with engineering to implement scalable, real-time competition systems.
• Monitor KPIs such as participation rate, retention, and lifetime value.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar product management role.
• Proven ability to design user interaction loops and engagement mechanics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional alignment.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with leaderboard systems, tournaments, or fantasy-style products.
• Knowledge of trading platforms (CFDs, forex, crypto, equities).
• Background in behavioral economics or game theory.
