What you will do

• Design and price insurance offers for health products, including hospitalization, group insurance, disability, or dental.
• Monitor business performance and manage insurance risks to ensure portfolio stability.
• Develop winning pricing strategies to enter new segments, such as the public sector in Belgium.
• Strengthen relationships with regulatory bodies and improve organizational compliance.
• Collaborate with engineers to build automated tools for creating tailored insurance offers at scale.
• Provide insurance expertise to cross-functional teams to enhance member experience and product differentiation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the insurance sector with exposure to health insurance products.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
• Scientific background in actuarial sciences, statistics, mathematics, or data science combined with practical insurance experience.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to translate complex data and legal questions into actionable outputs.
• Builder mindset with a drive to scale processes and challenge the industry status quo.
• Must be based in Belgium.
