What you will do

• Proactively review fraud risks related to card transactions and payments.
• Manage own caseload of fraud investigations ensuring best outcomes for customers and the bank.
• Recover funds through platforms such as VISA Chargeback and support dispute and reconciliation processes.
• Identify new fraud trends and collaborate on prevention strategies.
• Support change programs and provide SME knowledge and coaching.
• Communicate ongoing fraud risks and ensure compliance with risk management frameworks.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work from Milton Keynes, UK
• English: B2 level or higher
• Experience in fraud investigation, especially transaction and payment fraud.
• Strong knowledge of payment processing rules, regulations, and platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong technical skills with MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
