Location: Remote (Must be based in Colombia)

What you will do

• Lead technical teams and guide developers in building, enhancing, and maintaining high-quality applications.
• Drive design and architecture discussions, making critical decisions across various subject matter domains.
• Collaborate with UX, product delivery, and program management to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to security and performance best practices.
• Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation for clients.
• Develop proof of concepts and implement complex technical mechanisms.

Requirements

• Solid experience in software architecture design and technical leadership.
• Expertise with GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong backend development skills using Node.js and JavaScript.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and Infrastructure as Code (Serverless).
• English: Advanced or fluent proficiency required for communication with international teams.
• Location: Must be based in Colombia.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of non-functional requirements (GDPR, performance, security).
• Proficiency in Design Patterns, Clean Architecture, and Clean Coding.
• Experience with unit, integration, and E2E testing.
• Experience with Terraform and AWS.
