What you will do

• Develop AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and multi-agent systems.
• Implement prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to enhance AI capabilities.
• Work with vector databases like ChromaDB and Pinecone, focusing on context optimization and model routing.
• Lead Agile teams from conception to deployment, ensuring software development and architectural best practices.
• Manage CI/CD processes, including logging, tracing, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce design patterns to maintain high-quality code standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong experience in software development and technical leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in AWS services, specifically Bedrock, Lambda, S3, and EC2.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# and frameworks such as Flask or Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, NLP, and deep learning.
