What you will do

• Analyze client needs to propose and implement actionable digital marketing strategies tailored to their goals.
• Manage and optimize large-scale international campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, Display) and Meta Ads.
• Take full responsibility for the delivery of quantifiable results and the efficient management of media spend.
• Manage relationships with senior client management, providing data-driven storytelling and performance reports.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, wiki creation, and onboarding of new colleagues.

Requirements

• English: Minimum C1 level (written and oral) required.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Bratislava, Slovakia.
• Minimum 3 years of proven hands-on experience in managing D2C E-Commerce marketing campaigns.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics.
• Experience with Meta Ads (Catalog Ads, ASC+).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel for synthesizing numerical data.

Nice to have

• Experience with Shopify.
• Knowledge of paid campaigns on DV360, TikTok, or Reddit.
• Experience with scripts and automations.
