Senior Performance Marketing Manager (E-commerce): Managing and scaling paid D2C e-commerce campaigns for leading brands with an accent on Google Ads and Meta Ads ecosystem. Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Bratislava, Slovakia. Hybrid work (3 home office days per week).
Salary: from 2700 EUR gross per month

What you will do
- Analyze client needs to propose and implement actionable digital marketing strategies tailored to their goals.
- Manage and optimize large-scale international campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, Display) and Meta Ads.
- Take full responsibility for the delivery of quantifiable results and the efficient management of media spend.
- Manage relationships with senior client management, providing data-driven storytelling and performance reports.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, wiki creation, and onboarding of new colleagues.
Requirements
- English: Minimum C1 level (written and oral) required.
- Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Bratislava, Slovakia.
- Minimum 3 years of proven hands-on experience in managing D2C E-Commerce marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with Meta Ads (Catalog Ads, ASC+).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel for synthesizing numerical data.
Nice to have
- Experience with Shopify.
- Knowledge of paid campaigns on DV360, TikTok, or Reddit.
- Experience with scripts and automations.
