What you will do

• Lead the delivery of analytics programs and projects, overseeing the entire lifecycle from intake and process design to deployment.
• Collaborate with internal data leads and technical partners to ensure data solutions are delivered within service level agreements.
• Develop KPIs and perform ad hoc analytics to support priority business projects.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Design and evaluate test & control experiments, including A/B tests, to measure business impact and engagement.
• Manage senior-level client engagements and serve as the primary point of contact for brand and digital stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of core experience in Data Science or Statistics.
• Deep expertise in campaign performance measurement, specifically within the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare industries.
• Hands-on experience designing and interpreting A/B tests, matched market tests, and incrementality studies.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications for database teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills for managing interdisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.

• Experience with project management tools like JIRA and a strong understanding of analytics workflows.
