What you will do

• Execute high-impact data science projects from problem framing and exploratory analysis through modelling and production deployment.
• Build predictive models to enhance the understanding of clients.
• Apply statistical analysis and experimentation (A/B testing, causal inference) to inform product, commercial, and risk decisions.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data across client, operational, and financial domains to identify value-add opportunities.
• Develop advanced data products using recommendation systems, ensemble methods, NLP, and generative AI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into clear analytical hypotheses and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience using Python and ideally SQL.
• Core understanding of Mathematics and Statistics for building predictive models.
• Strong quantitative skills, evidenced by a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering (typically 2:1 or above) or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to communicate analytical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience generating insights from complex, imperfect, and large-scale data sources.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the London office 3 days a week.
