Salary: $60,000 – $73,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage the daily operational lifecycle of CANVAS series, including review, curation, and scheduling.
• Operate CMS and scheduling tools to ensure accurate and timely execution of content releases and feature rollouts.
• Enforce Brand Safety guidelines and content policies in collaboration with Legal and Trust & Safety teams.
• Draft, localize, and schedule creator engagement communications, including copywriting for newsletters and social media.
• Monitor European viral trends to adapt content for CANVAS social channels.
• Serve as an operational liaison between global and local teams across multiple time zones.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital, content, or platform operations.
• Bilingual fluency in French and/or German is required.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, California (On-site).
• Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS), Google Workspace, and Airtable.
• Excellent professional copywriting and copyediting skills for user-facing content.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of storytelling, digital comics, webcomics, or the webnovel industry.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or MS Excel.
• Experience with CRM, user retention, and monetization strategies.
• Ability to generate basic reports on operational performance.
