What you will do

• Research, report, and write daily segments for live broadcast.
• Develop interview questions and pitch original story ideas.
• Coordinate video and sound elements for assigned segments.
• Manage editorial planning and collaborate with senior producers.
• Oversee live segments from the control room.
• Create content for digital platforms, social media, and DTC products.

Requirements

• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to work in New York, NY or Washington, D.C.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in journalism (cable, network, or digital news).
• Strong writing skills and deep knowledge of American politics.
• Ability to work flexible hours under tight deadline pressure.
