What you will do

• Perform routine accounting tasks, including data entry, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve variances by collaborating with internal teams.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting and close packages for assigned portfolios.
• Ensure all documentation is PCI-compliant, properly filed, and organized.
• Support the implementation, testing, and enhancement of accounting systems through SIT, SAT, and UAT.
• Participate in process automation initiatives and intra-departmental improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Accounting.
• 0-1 years of accounting experience (internships or entry-level experience preferred).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting systems such as Oracle, Frontier, or SAP.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external auditors.
• Location: Must be based in Quezon City, Philippines.

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Drive).
