What you will do

• Implement and refine QA strategies to enhance testing efficiency and product quality across projects.
• Lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive testing frameworks for mobile and backend systems.
• Drive the adoption and optimization of automation frameworks in line with the technology roadmap.
• Act as a liaison between the QA team, development, and product management to ensure seamless workflow integration.
• Mentor QA engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Provide expert QA guidance during project planning to ensure quality is integrated into every stage of the lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong mobile testing experience across both iOS and Android, including React Native applications (Hard Requirement).
• Proficiency in Python for test automation development (pytest, Appium, or equivalent).
• Proven leadership skills in mentoring, coaching, and stakeholder management.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps QA integration practices.
