What you will do

• Participate in business requirement definitions and the establishment of QA processes.
• Create comprehensive test cases, plans, and acceptance criteria for requirements and user stories.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for identified issues.
• Identify and report issues related to non-functional requirements, including performance and responsive design.
• Estimate QA effort for user stories and actively participate in Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working as a QA Engineer.
• Experience working with CMS platforms and Digital Experience Platform (DXP) environments.
• Proficiency with project management and bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Redmine.
• Hands-on experience with Blackbox, Whitebox, Regression, Functional, and Non-Functional testing.
• Experience testing mobile applications using emulators and cloud-based tools like BrowserStack.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level required.
• Location: Must be based in Brazil.
