What you will do

• Lead end-to-end QA activities for RxCLAIM-based applications, including test strategy, planning, execution, and defect management.
• Act as the primary QA point of contact for PBM initiatives, collaborating with business analysts, developers, and product owners.
• Design and oversee test scenarios covering eligibility, claims adjudication, pricing, formularies, benefits, and prior authorization.
• Lead and mentor QA analysts, providing technical guidance on RxCLAIM workflows.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, and regression testing cycles, including support for client UAT.
• Ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards such as HIPAA and CMS.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in QA/testing, with 3-4 years in a QA Lead role.
• Deep hands-on experience with RxCLAIM (claims processing, plan setup, pricing, benefits).
• Solid understanding of PBM and pharmacy domain concepts.
• Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools such as ALM, Jira, Zephyr, or qTest.
• Must be based in the USA to be eligible for the provided benefits and hybrid work structure.

Nice to have

• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Exposure to other PBM platforms like QNXT, Facets, or ICD.
• ISTQB or similar QA certification.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
