TL;DR

Technical Lead (AI/Static Analysis): Designing and building core components of analysis and transformation pipelines for software engineering tools with an accent on program analysis, compiler technology, and Agentic AI workflows. Focus on shaping system architecture, tuning Large Language Models, and scaling production-quality AI-driven systems.

What you will do

• Design and build core components of analysis and transformation pipelines.
• Develop tools that analyze, reason about, and transform real-world codebases.
• Shape and evolve system architecture as the product and team scale.
• Collaborate with research and product partners to turn ideas into production systems.
• Write production-quality code and set technical standards across the team.
• Hire and lead small groups of engineers in a hands-on capacity (80% engineering, 20% leadership).

Requirements

• Experience building and shipping complex systems and managing small teams.
• Depth in at least one core domain: Compilers, static/program analysis tooling, or Agentic AI pipelines (LLM tuning, Reinforcement Learning).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder (no visa sponsorship available).
