What you will do

• Perform emergency repairs and regular maintenance to meet daily production requirements.
• Manage the safety of equipment and oversee technician operational safety.
• Improve equipment utilization and achieve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) targets through continuous improvement.
• Lead the technician team, including daily work scheduling and performance management.
• Review and develop preventative maintenance (PM) documentation and plans, ensuring strict execution.
• Manage spare parts inventory, safety stocks, and turnover rates while controlling maintenance costs.

Requirements

• Experience in equipment maintenance and repair within an industrial environment.
• Proven ability to manage and train a technical team.
• Knowledge of capacity improvement, including the development and installation of equipment and jigs.
• Experience with quality audits including IATF, ISO 14000, and LFOS.
• Location: Must be based in Suzhou, China
