What you will do

• Own the full user funnel from signup through sustained engagement, reimaging the onboarding experience.
• Lead AI-powered personalization across setup, in-product guidance, and re-engagement.
• Design user experiences that deeply understand user roles and intent to guide them toward their first real workflow.
• Establish a rigorous experimentation practice and drive fast learning cycles across the team.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ship cohesive and adaptive user experiences.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of product management experience.
• Proven track record owning activation, onboarding, or retention.
• Ability to connect customer pain points to clearly articulated product solutions.
• Expertise in full-lifecycle thinking, understanding levers for sustained engagement versus trial conversion.
• Capability to maintain a bold vision while breaking it into pragmatic, testable increments.
• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, or Los Angeles.
