Salary: $194,000 – $298,000 USD (depending on region)

What you will do
- Define and execute the global internal communications strategy as the company scales.
- Partner with senior leaders to develop clear narratives and toolkits for change communications.
- Design programs that connect a globally distributed workforce and reinforce company culture.
- Manage high-stakes executive messaging, town hall remarks, and sensitive announcements.
- Establish channel governance and measurement metrics to track communication effectiveness.
- Collaborate with People, Legal, and Recruiting teams to streamline onboarding and employee experience.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of strategic communications experience, including internal comms at a high-growth or public company.
- Proven success in building or transforming an internal communications function.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills for a technically diverse, global audience.
- Experience coaching executives and managing high-visibility internal moments.
- Demonstrated understanding of cultural and regional differences in global communications.
- Must be based in the United States.
