What you will do

• Define and execute the global internal communications strategy as the company scales.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop clear narratives and toolkits for change communications.
• Design programs that connect a globally distributed workforce and reinforce company culture.
• Manage high-stakes executive messaging, town hall remarks, and sensitive announcements.
• Establish channel governance and measurement metrics to track communication effectiveness.
• Collaborate with People, Legal, and Recruiting teams to streamline onboarding and employee experience.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of strategic communications experience, including internal comms at a high-growth or public company.
• Proven success in building or transforming an internal communications function.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for a technically diverse, global audience.
• Experience coaching executives and managing high-visibility internal moments.
• Demonstrated understanding of cultural and regional differences in global communications.
• Must be based in the United States.
