What you will do

• Manage daily operations of assigned projects to ensure delivery against agreed requirements.
• Develop and track detailed project plans while actively removing impediments for project teams.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating promptly to the Studio Management Team.
• Coordinate with external teams and business processes to ensure project success.
• Provide internal reporting on delivery and support financial management, including time tracking.
• Identify and propose process improvements for project management and development practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of previous Project Management experience.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Monday.com.
• Strong organizational, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Resilience and ability to work effectively under pressure in a changing environment.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Nice to have

• Project Management certifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, APM, or PMQ.
• Experience with Servant Leadership and Agile methodologies.
• Industry knowledge and experience in iGaming.
• Technical capacity to translate technical language for various stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
