What you will do

• Develop, port, execute, and debug validation software and tests for high-speed SerDes IPs.
• Create and enhance validation code to support new silicon features, protocols, and standards.
• Collaborate with Design, Firmware, DSP, and Software teams to drive root-cause analysis of complex issues.
• Define and review test plans, execute validation strategies, and generate detailed test reports.
• Develop targeted tests to characterize block-level functionality and optimize product robustness.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation methodologies and validation best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering (3-5 years experience) or Master's degree (2-3 years experience).
• Experience in pre-silicon, post-silicon, stress, or PVT testing.
• Strong Python development skills for lab automation and data analysis.
• Proficiency with standard lab equipment, including oscilloscopes, signal generators, and logic analyzers.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
