What you will do

• Develop and ship high-throughput services using Node.js, TypeScript, Kotlin, or Java.
• Design LLM-powered features and agents using LangChain or MCP-compliant frameworks.
• Own the full SDLC, utilizing Terraform for blue-green deployments and managing preview environments.
• Profile and tune system latency, performance, and operational costs.
• Uphold clean-code and domain-driven design standards through mentorship and PR reviews.
• Identify and resolve scaling weaknesses, performance bottlenecks, and security risks.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building production software.
• Deep expertise in at least one of TypeScript, Kotlin, or Java.
• Proven experience with containerized or serverless workloads in AWS, GCP, or Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis).
• Experience working in a UNIX-based environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitOps.
• Full-stack capabilities with React or Next.js.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) or autonomous agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Autogen, n8n).
• MLOps or data engineering experience with Kubeflow, SageMaker, or Feast.
