Location: Remote within California, USA; frequent travel to customer sites is required.

Salary: $212,700–$265,800; $319,000 on-target earnings.

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions with healthcare, life sciences, and public sector clients to identify business objectives, AI/ML use cases, technical requirements, and data readiness.
• Design, prototype, and deliver AI/ML demonstrations, technology demonstrators, and proof-of-concepts.
• Apply predictive and prescriptive analytics, select and deploy Hugging Face models, and build vector database and retrieval-augmented solutions.
• Develop agentic AI workflows with multi-step reasoning and autonomous behaviors using production-ready Python and SQL.
• Present technical solutions to executive and technical audiences, lead client workshops, and support pre-sales activities.
• Create reusable frameworks, code templates, implementation guides, and AI/ML knowledge assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions in production.
• Expert Python programming, strong SQL, database development, and GitHub skills.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, LangChain, and Hugging Face model selection and deployment.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks, multi-step reasoning, client workshops, and executive-level presentations.
• Must be based in California, USA, and able to travel frequently to customer sites.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP data and analytics technologies.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Understanding of data privacy and security requirements.
• Experience managing multiple projects and knowledge of healthcare and public sector industry challenges.
