What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end conversational AI architectures across chat, email, and voice.
• Architect scalable integrations between AI platforms and enterprise systems including CRMs, ITSM, and Contact Centers.
• Develop robust API-based integrations using REST, webhooks, and OAuth2.
• Lead technical workshops and architectural discussions with client IT teams.
• Collaborate with internal Project Managers and CSMs to ensure successful delivery.
• Continuously improve internal implementation frameworks and deployment standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in API integrations or backend engineering.
• Strong expertise in RESTful API design, OAuth2, JWT, and JSON payload transformation.
• Experience integrating with CRM platforms (Salesforce, MS Dynamics) and Contact Center ecosystems (Genesys).
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or JIRA Service Management.
• Scripting skills in JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
• English (Professional proficiency) and German and/or French (Required).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Genesys contact center ecosystems.
• Experience with middleware or integration platforms.
• Previous deployment of AI solutions in production environments.
