What you will do

• Lead architecture and delivery of AI and agentic platforms across engineering and commerce systems
• Define production-ready patterns for agentic systems including planning, memory, recovery, and safety
• Drive AI-powered SDLC initiatives across coding, testing, review, and release
• Build reusable capability layers for scalable AI adoption
• Own context engineering practices: grounding, retrieval, memory, evaluation
• Establish observability, governance, guardrails for LLM integrations
• Collaborate with engineering, product, platform, security, data teams; lead complex initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering in distributed systems
• Strong experience with microservices and event-driven architectures
• Strong programming in Java, Python, JavaScript, Kotlin (or broad knowledge across them)
• Production experience with LLM integrations (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Bedrock)
• Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, retrieval, vector databases
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD
• Proven technical leadership
