What you will do

• Cultivate and retain client relationships to reduce year-over-year attrition within a defined POS portfolio.
• Perform rate analysis and interpret competitor quotes to negotiate and maximize revenue potential.
• Collaborate with strategic partners to identify at-risk accounts and execute retention strategies.
• Manage and resolve client complaints, providing professional service and follow-up.
• Conduct proactive outreach to newly assigned accounts and handle inbound customer inquiries.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client status and interactions within Salesforce.

Requirements

• Experience in client relationship cultivation and retention.
• Ability to perform financial rate analysis and competitive benchmarking.
• Strong consultative negotiation skills to retain accounts.
• Proficiency in Salesforce for record management and compliance.
