What you will do
- Develop low-level engine and rendering features to ensure a high-quality experience across diverse hardware configurations.
- Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks within the game runtime environment and development tools.
- Proactively identify, diagnose, and solve technical issues and bugs to enhance player experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, artists, designers, and QA.
- Contribute to team morale and share opinions on the game's overall direction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the games industry as an engineer in platform support, hardware configuration, or performance.
- Proficiency in C++.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with PC gaming expectations and UX best practices.
Nice to have
- Experience with Unreal Engine.
