What you will do

• Own the financial model and drive performance using deep fluency in unit economics and payer dynamics.
• Strengthen the financial foundation by tightening GAAP rigor, controls, and reporting cadence.
• Provide actionable financial recommendations to functional leaders on spend, growth levers, and capital allocation.
• Advise on capital structure and financing options as the company prepares for its next funding raise.
• Lead financial communication with the board and investors to shape a credible growth narrative.
• Recruit and lead a scalable finance team to support the company's expansion.

Requirements

• 10+ years of finance experience with a track record in hypergrowth or rapid professionalization.
• Proven ability to build reporting and planning architectures around business drivers.
• Extensive experience with board and investor exposure and sophisticated stakeholder management.
• Strong fundamentals in accounting, reporting, and financial planning.
• Must be based in NYC or SF.
