Location: Remote from BC, MB, AB, ON, or NS (Canada)

Salary: $125,000–$165,000 CAD

What you will do

• Write high-quality, well-architected, and well-tested React components that are easy to understand and reuse
• Implement tooling to improve frontend development experience
• Review pull requests, mentor others, and advocate for high-quality code and sound architecture
• Scope, plan, and implement projects collaborating with frontend/backend developers, product owners, and designers
• Contribute to technical improvements and maintain quality standards

Requirements

• Must be based remotely in BC, MB, AB, ON, or NS (Canada)
• Deep experience with JS frameworks like React and modern tools including AI-assisted development
• Strong JavaScript, HTML, CSS knowledge, including fundamentals, design patterns, and clean code
• Proven experience architecting and releasing frontend features end-to-end
• Experience mentoring and providing technical guidance
• Interest in frontend architecture, UI/UX, and product design
