Salary: $105.7K – $151K (US, offers equity)

What you will do

• Lead design and architectural improvements for frontend reliability and consistency in hirify.global App.
• Collaborate across teams on migrations and technical implementations.
• Write, review, maintain, and document JavaScript/TypeScript code.
• Establish and uphold best practices, write unit/integration/e2e tests.
• Deploy to production and own products through lifecycle, including on-call rotation.
• Demonstrate open collaboration and support internal engineering needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years building SaaS applications
• 5+ years with JavaScript
• 3+ years with React, preferably TypeScript
• Knowledge of security best practices
• Strong verbal and written English skills
• Demonstrated collaboration across teams and proactive work
• Interest in fully remote work crossing time zones

Nice to have

• 1+ years writing backends or working with backend engineers
• Experience with design systems, Storybook
• Cloud platforms (AWS preferred), databases (Postgres preferred)
