TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (2 days a week in Berlin campus)

What you will do

  • Lead and grow a team of 5+ product designers across 7 squads in Berlin and Singapore, driving design strategy and vision in partnership with cross-functional leaders.
  • Champion user-centered design for agent tools, overseeing discovery, prototyping, validation, and delivery for consistent quality and usability.
  • Guide adaptation to AI landscape, defining best practices for integrating AI features into agent workflows.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align on product KPIs, OKRs, and business goals.
  • Inspire innovation in complex enterprise tools, advocating for simplicity, accessibility, and long-term value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product Design leadership, managing multidisciplinary teams and coaching senior ICs and leads.
  • Experience adapting design for AI landscape, including automation, ML interfaces, or LLMs.
  • Deep UX principles, user research, content strategy, design systems knowledge.
  • Agile environments, storytelling, stakeholder influence at senior levels, excellent English communication.
  • Expertise in customer service agents, internal ops tools, enterprise software; empathy for agents, customers, riders, vendors.
