Salary: €90,000 – €120,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the user interface design process from initial concept to final implementation.
• Lead design discovery, usability testing, and data-driven refinement of product features.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment.
• Drive design critiques and stakeholder discussions to articulate and defend design rationale.
• Shape the overall design strategy and product direction as a founding member of the design team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing mobile-first products with a strong portfolio.
• Exceptional visual design skills with a focus on detail, hierarchy, and accessibility.
• Strong communication skills to present designs persuasively across cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven mindset utilizing research and analytics to measure design success.
• Must be based in Berlin and able to work 5 days a week in the office.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion design.
• Experience designing gamified elements.
• Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
