What you will do

• Oversee machine operations in the commingling area to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement daily production plans and assign tasks to operators.
• Monitor machine performance and promptly address malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular quality checks and collaborate with vendors including USPS, PSI, SW, and CMS.
• Maintain reconciliation reports and analyze production data for process enhancements.
• Train and develop operators while fostering a safe working environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a machine operations role within a production environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Flexibility in work schedule based on production volumes, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with operating power industrial equipment.
