What you will do

  • Develop core generative models for graphics and video processing for applications like live streaming and game rendering.
  • Research and prototype new methods for graphics or video enhancement.
  • Create data generation pipelines using generative models.
  • Collaborate with the team to draft research publications and patent submissions.
  • Participate in core R&D work across various teams within hirify.global.

Requirements

  • PhD or MSc in Computer Science, AI, ML, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of demonstrable research experience in industry or academia.
  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, and related computer vision/graphics libraries.
  • Proven experience in image/video/graphics processing or computer vision (3+ years for ML Engineer, 5+ years for Senior).
  • At least one research publication in top-tier conferences such as CVPR, ECCV, ICCV, or SIGGRAPH.
  • Strong knowledge of neural network architectures (convolutional, recurrent, transformer, or diffusion-based) and loss functions.

Nice to have

  • Additional publications in top-tier journals like IEEE Transactions on Image Processing or conferences like NeurIPS, ICML, and ICLR.
  • Theoretical understanding of the graphics pipeline (PBR materials, rasterization, lighting, and ray tracing).
  • Experience with 3D engines such as Unreal or Unity, specifically in dataset generation and G-buffer extraction.
  • Practical experience in image processing theory and methods.
