What you will do

• Design and refine deep learning models (CNNs, Transformers, MLLMs) for perception and behavioral prediction.
• Oversee large-scale data collection, preprocessing, and augmentation to maintain high-quality training sets.
• Develop efficient distributed training pipelines, incorporating hyperparameter tuning and automated monitoring.
• Optimize model inference and compression for deployment across various hardware platforms.
• Evaluate and adopt cutting-edge ML techniques from research papers and technical reports.
• Collaborate with robotics experts and mentor engineers to drive technical strategy and alignment.

Requirements

• Work authorization for the U.S. is required.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing ML algorithms specifically for autonomous vehicles or robotics.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, along with PySpark, NumPy, and SciPy.
• Working knowledge of C++, SQL, and deployment tools like Triton or TensorRT.
• Relevant experience: 4+ years for Senior, 7+ years for Staff, and 10+ years for Principal levels.
