What you will do

• Design, integrate, and configure technical solutions for providers, payers, and state agencies.
• Deploy capabilities to facilitate seamless data exchange across the homecare ecosystem.
• Establish project plans, develop and test solutions, and troubleshoot issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create detailed technical documentation, including user guides and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Implementation, CSM, Product, and Engineering.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase throughput and enhance quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience with complex customer implementations and system integration.
• Must be eligible for W2 contingent work in the US.
• Strong technical and project management acumen.
• Ability to quickly analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., X12, HL7, APIs).
• Proficiency with Jira or similar ticketing support systems.
• Experience working with State Medicaid Agencies, MCOs, or in a SaaS environment.
