Data Analyst II (Palantir)

What you will do

• Execute regular and ad-hoc analyses to maximize savings potential and increase contract utilization.
• Own and optimize Palantir Workbench by tuning score factors to improve matching precision and recall.
• Support development initiatives through user testing, QA of match logic, and triaging incidents or regressions.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into actionable tuning changes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of methodologies, SQL scripts, and observed business impacts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an individual contributor data analyst.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel, specifically in data cleaning and joins.
• Must have valid US work authorization; sponsorship is not available for this role.
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical gaps when communicating with stakeholders and developers.
• Detail-oriented approach to maintaining structured records and reproducible workstreams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Palantir Workbench or other record-linkage and matching tools.
• Familiarity with Python.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Prior knowledge or willingness to learn AI technology.
