What you will do

• Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration and clear accountability.
• Engage stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Monitor project performance and ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers to ensure successful implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing IT or technology-related projects.
• Experience within the insurance sector is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in Bahrain.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent certification.
