What you will do

• Lead finance systems and integration projects from planning through rollout.
• Translate finance and business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and reporting using Jira.
• Apply Agile methodologies to support continuous improvement.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and Operations to optimize enterprise workflows.
• Ensure systems align with SOX controls, audit requirements, and security standards.

Requirements

• Background in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Systems.
• Experience managing finance systems implementations or transformation projects.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, procurement systems, and expense platforms.
• Understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Experience with travel management systems like Navan.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Exposure to automation or systems optimization initiatives.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications.
