What you will do

  • Develop and maintain a library of high-impact enablement assets including pitch decks, playbooks, and talk tracks.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to ensure messaging is consistent, relevant, and aligned with buyer needs.
  • Own the "last mile" of readiness by running enablement sessions and office hours to drive front-line adoption.
  • Optimize the content management system and establish a lifecycle process to audit and sunset outdated assets.
  • Act as a tactical bridge between Enablement and commercial functions such as Product, Legal, and Pricing.
  • Analyze content performance and usage to inform new asset creation and GTM planning.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in revenue enablement, content marketing, or revenue operations.
  • Proven track record of creating enablement materials that directly improve commercial outcomes.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Leeds, UK office on a hybrid basis.
  • Exceptional writing and content development skills with the ability to simplify complex narratives.
  • Strong operational rigor in managing processes, systems, and workflows.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years in a commercial role (AE, CSM, SDR) within B2B SaaS or FinTech.
  • Experience with enablement platforms such as Showpad, BigTinCan, or Gong.
  • Familiarity with SFDC and content analytics tools.
