The Role You'll design, build, and deploy AI capabilities across the platform - from intelligent agents and autonomous workflows through to LLM-powered features that simplify everyday financial tasks. Expect to push from prototype to production quickly and own outcomes end-to-end.

• Building AI-first products and intelligent agents that guide customers toward financial goals
• Developing and deploying ML/AI models across NLP, LLMs, and generative AI
• Designing autonomous workflows that automate complex financial tasks
• Shipping features collaboratively with product, data, and design
• Embedding responsible AI principles - governance, fairness, scalability
• Prototyping fast, testing hypotheses, iterating on what works

What we're looking for

• 3–7 years building and shipping AI/ML systems, ideally in fintech or high-growth tech
• Strong Python and deep familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, reinforcement learning, or autonomous agents
• Cloud-native (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with MLOps fluency
