What you will do
- Serve as strategic advisor to senior leaders on workforce planning, hiring priorities, and talent strategy
- Translate business goals into recruiting plans and hit targets for headcount, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire
- Lead and develop high-performing recruiting team, ensuring accountability and operational excellence
- Identify challenges and implement data-driven solutions to boost efficiency and outcomes
- Leverage analytics, KPIs, and market insights to inform decisions and mitigate risks
- Partner with leaders for hiring visibility, enhance sourcing strategies, and optimize recruitment processes
Requirements
- 8+ years in talent acquisition focused on experienced hires
- 2+ years leading or mentoring recruiters
- Experience using recruiting data, metrics, and dashboards for decision-making
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience in complex, high-impact hiring environments
