Salary: 105,000 — 154,000 PLN

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of localization projects, ensuring on-time delivery and streamlined processes.
• Analyze and troubleshoot recurring workflow issues and implement effective solutions with senior team members.
• Leverage Translation Management Systems (TMS) to increase project efficiency and quality.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders across various departments.
• Prepare diverse file types for translation and perform meticulous quality checks.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of process documentation, style guides, and glossaries.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.
• Solid understanding of localization workflows for different content requirements.
• Hands-on experience working with Translation Management Systems (TMS).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a highly organized, analytical mindset.
• Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

Nice to have

• Experience with various content types such as Marketing, Legal, Help, or technical documentation.
• Technical aptitude for troubleshooting files and design assets.
• Experience contributing to process documentation, including flowcharts and how-to guides.
