What you will do

• Establish QA processes, documentation, and quality standards from scratch.
• Perform functional, integration, and API testing for Node.js backend and React UI applications.
• Conduct load testing using K6 and analyze overall system performance.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and Kafka message queues to validate data.
• Investigate issues via Grafana logs and collaborate with DevOps and Product teams.
• Integrate testing practices and automation initiatives into CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in QA at a Middle level or higher.
• Proven experience in setting up QA processes or test strategies.
• Proficiency in API testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation.
• Understanding of testing high-load or distributed systems and log analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD basics.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Familiarity with Grafana for monitoring and K6 for load testing.
• Basic experience with automation tools like Playwright.
• Experience with Linux command line and mobile app testing.
