What you will do

• Analyze business and system requirements to identify potential issues.
• Develop and maintain test cases in TMS Qase.
• Perform functional, integration, and load testing (Grafana K6) of backend services (ReactJS, Node.js), REST APIs, and UI applications.
• Work with relational/non-relational databases and message queues (Kafka).
• Analyze errors and logs in Grafana, create bug reports, and prepare testing reports.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product teams to optimize QA processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years as Manual QA Engineer.
• Understanding of testing high-load systems.
• Experience creating test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports).
• Experience in Agile teams and CI/CD processes.
• Ability to analyze system logs, API requests, and root causes.
• Postman, Swagger for API testing; SQL proficiency for queries.

Nice to have

• Docker and Kubernetes.
• AWS services.
• Testing integrations with mobile operators via SMPP.
• Grafana monitoring.
• Basic automation (Playwright).
• Linux basics (commands, logs).
