What you will do

• Lead and manage SCADA team to deliver secure, reliable SCADA and GMS solutions for asset dispatch and TGPNA trading.
• Design compliant, robust system architectures ensuring operational performance and cybersecurity.
• Oversee quality of deliverables from internal teams and external suppliers.
• Provide expert operational support and drive continual improvement of tools, processes, and capabilities.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders on progress, risks, performance, and priorities.

Requirements

• 8+ years in energy (power generation, utilities, trading), expertise in electricity trading/planning, ISO/RTO (ERCOT plus).
• Experience managing/optimizing energy assets (gas CCGT, batteries, renewables), dispatch, coordination with operators.
• Strong knowledge of AGC/SCADA systems (Monarch, Hitachi, GE, PI) and protocols (Modbus, OPC, IEC 104, DNP3, ICCP).
• Understanding of networking, secure connectivity, diagnosing SCADA/asset issues.
• Experience leading/coaching teams, excellent communication, stakeholder collaboration.
• Fluent English (French plus); degree in business/technology/engineering.

• Knowledge of GMS regulations/best practices.
• Certifications (ITIL, PMI, Agile, cloud, databases).
